Queenie specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in equity capital markets, initial public offerings, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience advising listed companies on Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance, notifiable and connected transactions, and ongoing corporate governance matters.

She has taken part in multiple IPO transactions on both the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Queenie also advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, licence agreements, and service contracts.

In addition, Queenie handles a wide range of private client and property matters. She provides services in probate and estate administration, will drafting, divorce and family law proceedings, as well as conveyancing for residential and commercial properties.
