Daniel is a Consultant of CLM Lawyers.

Daniel has comprehensive experience on corporate finance, commercial and regulatory compliance matters. He has also represented clients in both civil and criminal matters.

Daniel is experienced in advising clients on private and public mergers and acquisitions as well as debt financing transactions.  He has also managed comprehensive annual retainers and regulatory compliance of private companies and listed companies. Further, Daniel has represented multiple issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In addition, Daniel has handled various civil matters such as tenancy issues and commercial disputes. He also has experience in assisting clients in criminal matters and has appeared in Courts as a legal representative for mention, bail application and mitigation.
